FUEL FILTER BODY / FEED PUMP HYUNDAI D4BB - 2330154460

FUEL FILTER BODY / FEED PUMP HYUNDAI  D4BB-2330154460

Ensure dependable diesel fuel supply, eliminate air locks in the injection system, and restore clean fuel delivery with the Fuel Filter Housing Assembly with Integrated Hand Feed Primer Pump (Part No. 23301-54460 / 2330154460) for Hyundai D4BB diesel engines, available now at Royal Spare Parts Co. W.L.L. Qatar.

The fuel filter body acts as the central mounting base for the spin-on fuel filter element while incorporating a manual hand primer pump and check valves. The integrated hand feed pump allows technicians and operators to bleed trapped air out of the low-pressure fuel lines after routine filter replacements or system maintenance. Over time, internal check valves wear out, internal seals dry up, or the primer diaphragm develops micro-leaks, allowing air to bleed into the fuel supply lines. This leads to hard starting, engine stalling, fuel priming failure, and rough idling under load. Installing a replacement fuel filter body restores tight vacuum sealing, facilitates quick manual priming, and maintains stable fuel flow to the injection pump.
